How do I ship my item?

When your item sells, we'll send you the buyer's shipping details. You arrange postage with your preferred carrier and dispatch within the handling days set in your account.

Who pays for shipping?

The buyer. Shipping is charged to the buyer at checkout and passed on to you when you are paid out.

Do I need to enter tracking?

Yes — tracking protects you and the buyer. Once you've shipped, add the tracking number to the order inside Seamlist. Your payout is released after delivery is confirmed, so valid tracking is how you get paid promptly.

What if the buyer says the item never arrived?

That's why tracking matters. If tracking shows delivery, you're protected by the carrier. If there's a genuine dispute, our team will work with you, the buyer and the marketplace to resolve it.
