Question 1

When do I get paid?

Accepted Answer

Your payout is released 7 days after delivery of your item is confirmed. We anchor payouts to confirmed delivery rather than dispatch, which protects both you and the buyer.

Question 2

How do I get paid?

Accepted Answer

Payouts go directly to your bank account via Stripe, our payments partner. The first time you're due a payout, we'll ask you to verify your identity — this is a standard legal requirement for receiving payments, takes a few minutes, and only needs to be done once.

Question 3

Why do I need to verify my identity to get paid?

Accepted Answer

Australian law requires payment providers to verify the identity of anyone receiving funds — the same checks your bank does. We deliberately don't ask for this until you've actually made a sale, so you never do paperwork for nothing.

Question 4

My payout says "blocked" or "pending verification". What do I do?

Accepted Answer

This almost always means identity verification hasn't been completed yet. Follow the verification link in your account (or in the email we sent) — once verified, your payout is released automatically.
